Alien Giraffe — Agent & MCP Observability API 1.0.0

The control-plane API for observability and management of AI agents and MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers. Endpoints under /v1/devices/* are called by the Lander endpoint agent (signed with the device key). Endpoints under /admin/* back the fleet, agent, MCP, and observability dashboards and require an administrator role.
